Notice of Right to Opt Out

As a resident of the State of California, you have the right to request that we do not sell your Personal Information. You can submit this request by clicking the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link below. At VistaPrint, we do not sell your data in exchange for money. However, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), "sale" may not be what you think it is and broadly covers many scenarios in which we share your Personal Information with the partners we work with. For example, like many ecommerce companies, we share your Personal Information with our advertising partners to help show relevant ads based on your interests. In some instances, working with online advertising partners may be considered a data "sale." Please note that we do not knowingly collect or sell the Personal Information of individuals under the age of 16 years old.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information

How can I submit an opt-out of data sale request?

If you are a resident of California, you can submit an opt-out of data sale request using the following methods:

  • On VistaPrint Websites: If you would like to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information, please click the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link above and follow the instructions in the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" pop. You can update these preferences at any time.

We rely on cookies and other similar tracking technologies on your device to show interest-based advertisements. As a result, we also use cookies to store your "opt-out" preferences in your browser when you submit a request. If you use another device or browser when visiting the VistaPrint website, or if you clear your cookies, you will need to resubmit your request.
Even if you opt-out of data sale, we will still share your information with many of the third parties we work with. Opting out does not mean that you will stop seeing VistaPrint advertisements.

  • Using browser controls: Interest-based advertisements use cookies or other similar tracking technologies on your device. By preventing your browser from accepting new third-party cookies, you can prevent the collection of Personal Information that is "sold." The Help menu on the menu bar of most browsers will tell you how to enable or prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie and how to disable cookies altogether. You can also disable or delete similar data used by browser add-ons, such as Flash cookies, by changing the add-on's settings or visiting the website of its manufacturer.

There are many features on the VistaPrint website that rely on cookies and do not involve the sale of your Personal Information. For example, we use cookies to help keep you signed-in to your account. If you choose to disable all cookies in your browser controls, you may also lose access to some of these features.
