Promotique has a new home

Promotique by VistaPrint has moved all its products to VistaPrint with an expanded range and shopping experience.

Can I access Promotique from the VistaPrint site?

Promotique's website has closed. But don't worry, you can access all of your favourite Promotique products on VistaPrint. Promotique's entire collection of custom products has been moved to VistaPrint, so the only change is that you'll be shopping via VistaPrint, not Promotique.

Will I find the same products in VistaPrint?

Of course… and much more! You can find our entire collection of Promotique products under Clothing & Bags and Promotional Products on the VistaPrint site. This move will allow you to enjoy shopping both Promotique and VistaPrint products under one roof. Need some T-shirts for your next event? We’ve got them. Looking to create new business cards and flyers to hand out at a trade show? We’ve got them, too!

Where can I find my Promotique account and order history?

Rest assured, your account remains active with the same login details. You can access your account and view your order history and previous uploads via VistaPrint.

Do I need to do anything from my end?

We’ve taken care of the move, so you don’t have to worry. Your account details and order history have been transferred automatically and will be available with the same login details.

What about the items in my basket?

Please note, any items in your basket could not be moved into your new basket at VistaPrint. But don't worry, you can find your designs in ''My Projects'' within your VistaPrint account. From there, you'll be able to add the products to your basket again.

Can I place a reorder?

Your past orders will be saved under your account as part of your order history. However, we don’t have the option yet to reorder your previous Promotique orders. But don’t worry, we’ve got a solution for you! Our customer care team can support reorder requests by helping you create a new copy of your design – reachable via phone, email and chat to answer any of your questions. Please note that this doesn’t apply to your previous orders from VistaPrint as these can be reordered at any time.

What about my merchandise credit?

Your merchandise credit is safe and sound. Any merchandise credit that belonged to your Promotique account has been automatically transferred to your VistaPrint account.
